Hi Coach!

I just started your famous novice routine. Btw, GOMAD first time today, i feel full :)

Ok, here is the question:

I hit the gym on tuesday, thursday and saturday.
However, i play tennis every tuesday, thursday and sunday.
Right now on tuesday and thursday i play 2 hours of tennis and then immediately after i hit the gym. I think it?s a nice warm-up.
Do you appreciate this or should i hit the gym at non-tennis days?

It won't hurt you unless you are much older than I think you probably are.
