Hello Coach Rip,
I'm in my fourth week of SS, all is going fine so far.
I am using WalMart plates, which leave the center of the bar less than 22.5 cm from the floor. I've been improvising in various clumsy ways, and today found that 9mm concrete blocks are ALMOST perfect. When under the plates, they raise the very center of the bar to 23.5 cm, a cm too high.
Is that good enough in this imperfect world?
In case it's relevant, I'm 6 foot tall, 210 pounds.
