Careful with that lower back wiggle when you first set up to squat.

Thank you gentleman. I will work on keeping my chest up and stepping out of the rack into the proper stance instead of wiggling in to it.

As far as keeping the chest up, have you tried narrowing your grip? You seem to be plenty flexible at your current width, and a tighter back has always helped me to keep my chest up.

I'll give that a shot. I was always thinking a bigger breath at the top would help in keeping the chest up.

It does, and if you look at the video of Rip squatting 315x10, before every rep his upper back and chest lift as he takes a deep breath.

But don't forget that the actual muscles that help to keep the chest up are the back muscles.
