Bacon and porn is acceptable. If' I want to read about all the crap CF does, I'll go to Pmenu or IGX (if I want the full on hate and bile).

It's Marks board so I think we should try to emulate Mark's reaction to leaving CF, which was to say he thought it was better for the trainees (and he didn't have to worry about 6', 160 lb lifters worring about losing their abz) and not much else.

It's like people complaining about the music their gym plays. If it matter to you, you don't have enough weight on the bar.
