The strictest interpretation of the One Penis Rule™, and the interpretation I prefer, restricts the number of penises in a given porn scene to one, regardless of the number of women in scene. The higher the vagina to penis ratio, the more hetero that scene is. Which might technically make girl on girl infinitely straight.

Anyways, a less strict interpretation would mandate, in the very least, no more than one penis per girl, with no girl being allowed violation by multiple penises. While this interpretation may be valid, it should be noted that the vagina to penis ratio is still in effect, and a larger ratio is always preferred to a smaller one.
