do you only do starr rehab when the injury is so bad that you cannot work through it? i mean the high rep light weight scheme.

thanks!

What part of you is fucked up? -Elaborate please...

The Starr Rehab would be a pretty massive reset, so if you have a muscle injury that you can train through, just keep going. If you have really done it to yourself, then the Starr rehab will work really well, but it will be a little while before you return to your progressions.

I'm doing it now for what is more of a sprain than a tear. It didn't bruise at all, but something went *pop* and I knew immediately it wasn't good.

Its for muscle belly injuries, and if you have an inflammed joint or bone or something from overuse, it may make it worse.

Thats all I can really say about it.

me gots me self an injured adductor. specifically at the tip of the muscle near my ass. the culprit was too wide of a stance. i then narrowed me stance and reset back 10%. i can squat through it though i feel it with a magnitude of 3/10 in the pain scale.
