Power Rack, Barbell, Plates $325 Dayton/Cincinnati Area

I know Rip wasn't fond of his thread turning into a selling board, But this is ends and pieces so here goes.

But I found a guy on Craiglist w/ this deal.

Originally he wanted $400 for the rack, but I got him down to $325 w/ free barbell, plates, stall mats, and weight tree.

I'm debating getting it, but I just bought a bunch of stuff and I'm not sure it will fit in my garage.

Its in Silverdale, OH if you want to google map it.

Its a powertech rack. It is 82 inches high, 49 inches wide, and 99 inches deep(78 deep w/o the lat tower on the back).It has a pulldown station too.

I just hate the thought of the rack sitting in this guys old house going to waste.
