I am looking for a few odd supplements.
UK based supplement retailers ARE TERRIBLE!!!! They are horrendously overpriced and barely have any products.
I have seen american online stores such as Vitacost and have been wowed by the amount of stuff they sell and at sensible prices.
But I am totally overwhelmed by the variety of stuff they sell at this one store.
Im looking to get some advice from supplement junkies who may know how to spot the best quality stuff at the best prices.
I need some lactase as I realised anything above 1 pint of milk gives me horrendous "problems"
And I need some Zinc supps, as I am almost definetely deficient.
It might be good if the zinc was mixed with other useful minerals like magnesium & phosphorous but the mineral mixes always seem to have calcium in them and I will probably get excessive amounts from milk alone.
