I like the stares I get from fellow passengers in the Tube when I get on after a session, on my way to work. I guess they are not used to see an adult drinking milk. And whole milk at that; I mean, think about all that fat.
One of these days I'll do like a prominent member of this forum, and take a litre of milk in the gym, to swill in between sets. That should be some conversation topic. But first I'll have to reach a decent squat.
