is by far the best deal for whey I have seen, because of the free shipping.
I don't think you really need to worry about the pricing of creatine monohydrate. It's generally something like $20 for 1 kilogram online.

If you need it TODAY, and can't wait for delivery. Walmart is the cheapest I've found, it's $15 or so for 2 lbs. I get the less popular flavors for 12. I'll probably get the 25 pound tub that somebody linked though, that's a pretty awesome deal.

MGN premium protein blend via Muscle and Strength gives you 2 5-lb containers (you can make them the same or different flavors) for 55.99 plus cheap shipping (like 5 or 6 bucks)
i dont use creatine, so idk bout that, but the above is a pretty sick deal on whey

I'm using Optimum Nutrition 100% whey gold standard. Seems to work really well. The glutamine in it is a plus. Using the same branded Creatine Monohydrate named 'Creapure'- the german manufactured one. Micronized too for easy absorbtion. Definately noticable.

Say what you will about T-Nation and their bodybuilding ways but they do have a decent deal on their Biotest "German Micronized Creatine" IMHO. You can get two 500g containers for $20 shipped to your doorstep.

Has anyone had experience with Biotest Grow Whey? I got a tub from EliteFTS a few weeks back and it tasted great and wasn't too expensive.... don't know how quality it is though. I'm a longtime user of Optimum Nutrition..

I don't personally have experience with Biotest Grow, but I can tell you that 2 lbs for $22 is no deal. Once you start doing multiple scoops per day (which you should if you are a male) that will get very expensive, very quickly. Generally I don't buy anything that costs more than $5-6/lb. Grow is $11/lb, and the cost will become prohibitive.

Just on a side note, why are supps so fucking expensive in australia? Cheap creatine here is $50 for a kilo, renown brand creatine is 80$ for a kilo. Thats still like 40-70 bucks US. Even aust company proTein is $165 for 3 kilos!! What the fuck!

I think it's worth it to spend $8-9 on whey isolate. It doesn't have any fat/cholesterol, and doesn't give me gas like WPC does.

If you can afford that, more power to you. I'm not concerned with cholesterol/fat content in general (cholesterol + fat's role in heart disease is overplayed, and underplayed in normal human health IMHO), and especially so when it is found in such minuscule amounts in most WPC supplements.

No clue, I haven't tried it yet. It was recommended to me by somebody at the gym.
Honestly, I don't care about flavor.. I've rocked unflavored trueprotein before. Regardless, this stuff is too inexpensive to ignore, IMO.
