405lb deadlift (jan 2010)

365lb squat (dec 2009)
385lb squat 2-5-2010

190lb bench (nov 2009)
205lb bench (early dec 2009)
220lb bench 1-30-2010
225lb bench 3-13-2010


personal info blurb:
used to weigh 145lbs at 6'1. was very weak (bench under 100lbs, etc), began starting strength in march 2009, began eating shortly thereafter.
goals: progressive overload eating and getting my pissy lifts up
