What are your thoughts in beef liver? In The Strongest Shall Survive Bill Starr made it seem like he practically wanted to have babies with this organ.

Do you think with current pesticide/shit they feed most animals that this organ is as 'safe' as it once was? Also, how much would you recommend eating daily (if any)?

I think liver is wonderful if you like it (I don't). I wouldn't base your diet around it or anything, but have at it.

I would not be overly concerned about the "safety" of it these days.
