I am considering starting a cycle with press/squat on Mon & Thu and deadlift/bench on Tue & Fri. I would work up to sets across on 5x5 then increase 5-10lbs and work up to 5x5 again. Push hard for 3 weeks back off the 4th. Sort of like the cfwf program and 5-3-1 program. Would this be too much? Could I add some short conditioning to this idea?
