I am sprinter. My squat PR is 125kg, DL 155kg
please evaluate my program.
First week
Mon - Squat 5 X 5
Thur -DL Set of five
Next Week
Mon - Squat 5 X 5
Thur - Squat 3 X 3
Friday - Rack pull Sets of five
I am on inseason. but my strength up is very important to me than Specific training.
How about my program?
How Change program to optimal result for strength?

Well I would suggest some upper body work (Bench press and standing press). Also what kind of progression are you going to do? During the inseason is there any other training you are on?

I also doing Upper body training.
I need to up squat and DL.
and I have a much sprint of schedule(Mon~Sat).

i haven't read practical programming in some time but i can't remember it showing how sprinters should strength train?
risepmj: maybe look at some stuff by kelly baggett or charlie francis...i do not know much about these guys, as in, whether they get results or not.

You might want to visit the Charlie Francis site. If you've never heard of him, he's one of the top sprint coaches in the world (if not one of the top coaches).
His main 3 lifts are squats, power cleans (for rate of force development) and bench press (lifts vary depending on the athlete's needs/ability).
