I need to shove my knees out more and stop doing good mornings on my reps and they're pretty sloppy

Like you said, GMing the hell out of it. You should get a spotter in there with you on your sets because that last one looked mighty shaky.
I.M.O., you are actually going too low, deloading your posterior chain, and the subsequent reloading on the ascent is causing the knee buckle.

LOL! nice clip. I think the weight is quite heavy for you.
sometime heavy weight= cause form sloppy.
