My comment would be that I am bending my arms too early thus fucking up the jump/shrugg.

I think your assessment is correct. You don't come to full extension before bending your arms. I'd also like to see more aggression and speed on the lift.
Your setup looks a bit strange to me. I can't tell if your back really makes it into extension prior to the pull because of your shirt. You may be doing it and I cannot see it. You don't want to look directly down at the ground on a clean. Looking straight ahead, or slightly lower can be of benefit here. Do you feel like you are jumping from your toes on the lift, or pushing through the heels?

I used to actively think about jumping from my toes.
Not doing that anymore but I think I am still doing it too much.
I will try to be more aggresive although I find it hard to do while maintaining technique.

Jumping from your toes is a bad idea, although your toes will be the last thing to leave the ground on a clean. When you are at the bottom and when you start the second pull, you want to drive your weight through the heels, or at least the midfoot. I think if you correct this and raise your gaze to something further in front of you, the pull of the floor will look and feel better. This will translate into a better position when it comes time to jump.

It's not easy, but the more you practice it, the better you will get.

Seconded. Your elbows are a bit too slow. Really think about slamming them up, really hard. I think this will make the whole movement faster, and will help you pull your body under the bar.
