I mean, with my walker it is basically the same movement, but only for a 1/4 the ROM.
How far do i need to go to 'feel the burn'?

I think you'll be just fine with a 1/4 ROM. Most the young guys at my gym do 1/4 ROM for benches, Smith-machine squats, pull-ups, dips, etc. So apparently that's the way to go if you want to be in with the younger crowd. I recommend that you move your walker as fast as you can to really feel the burn, bro.

You need a power rack and 2 barbells or whatever works for you to be able to do dips. Works great for me.
