umm it's my first time here,and iv'e wanted to ask about my technich in squat and pc

Squat: Watch your knees at the bottom. They tend to come forward. I think this is because you are trying to balance way back on your heels at the start of the squat. Let your knees come forward earlier in the movement, then keep them there. Think of keeping the weight equally balanced over the foot instead of rocking on to your heels. Weightlifting shoes are very helpful, too.
PC: A power clean is caught in a partial squat. You are almost doing a full squat when you clean. I can't tell if your are racking the bar on your shoulders or in your just in your hands from the video. Shoulders are what you want. You also seem to be trying to move the bar around your knees. Review the section in SS about the start for the deadlift/power clean. The weight is entirely too light for you and not the best thing for commenting on form.

Thanks for the comment,i will try to get it better tommorow on the train..
and im not really sure if i can buy weightlifting shoes (im from israel..) but im training with all-star
