As far as diet goes, I won't being doing the GOMAD until I get out of school on June 14th, as it would be very hard to drink a gallon of milk when i spend 7 hours a day in school. A sample day of eating for me would be:
Breakfast 6:50 AM
Bowl of oatmeal and protein shake.
Lunch 10:45 AM
The school lunches are nasty but I guess theyre good if youre bulking. They serve french fries, cheeseburgers, and chicken patties every day of the week. I will typically eat 1 cheeseburger, 1 chicken patty, 2 small cartons of milk, a serving of french fries, a fruit, and 2 pop-tart pastries(the snack of bulking champions).
After School Snack 3 PM
Turkey Sandwhich, cheese sticks, a fruit.
Dinner
This will vary. I'll just make sure to eat a lot and get a lot of protein in.
