Ha thanks but I'm really not too strong. But some day I will be jacked. And I was maintaining with the same weights over and over during the tennis season the last few months but now I'm restarting the novice program and eating to gain weight. I'm missing a few reps here and there though, but I highly doubt that my linear progression is over when I'm still only in the 170's

Are you male or female? Libby is a girls name over here, if you are a tennis playing girl who can bench & powerclean nearly two wheels, you are pretty damn strong.

Power Cleans: 3, 3, 2, 3, 3 @ 190 (the one missed rep was a form problem, didnt stomp hard enough)
Decline situps: 2x3 45 lbs

I am stalled. I plan to up the food to 4500 calories a day. Any other advice?

BW: 176 AM scale (weighed 177.5 when on stepped on the scale at the time that I used to, so I am gaining weight)

Squats: 3,4,3 @ 340 heavy as balls
Bench: 3,3,3 @ 205 heavy as balls
Deadlift: 1x3 @ 465 heavy as balls
Decline situps: 2x3 45 lbs

Definetly stalled, I'm thinking about deloading. The only problem is that deloading only works about half the time for me.

Chin Ups: 3x5 then failure on the 6th @ 50 lbs

Tired as balls, drank a lot this weekend, played a 3 hour tennis match on friday in which I got very dehydrated, and did not sleep well at all this weekend. Gotta pay better attention to recovery. Gonna start eating and sleeping more.
