So I did SS made great gains then moved to the Texas Method with volume on mon light work on weds and i chose to use DE to try and add a power to my lifts. I have been still making gains but here is my question. I have to tested my 1 2 or 3 RM on the DL Bench, Press, or Squat. So when I first mapped out my the weight for my the Texas Method I went off of my previous SS 1RM and used the work sets weights % for a 5X5 TM accordingly. I have been doing the TM for three weeks now I was just wondering if in the next Friday workout (July 2nd) if I should go for 1RM on the DL Squat Bench and the adjust the working set weight percentages according to my new 1RM.
