Have any of you noticed that you have more acne with your increased milk consumption?

I have seen some extra acne, on my back and face. Washing you face with soap 3-4 times a day helped me.

Maybe it's the saturated fat helping the production of testosterone, who knows. It certainly adds to the "you're taking steroids" talk which follows when you gain 20 pounds in 2-3 months..haha

Hmmm. Never thought about, but you may be on to something.

I know my "milk bloat" makes me stronger though!

+1 on this. Thought it was a bit odd being 40, but recognized it as increased Test when combined with the, er, additional "lead" in the pencil ;)

A intramuscular shot of milk is going to leave you quite inflamed, other than that I don't think so.

The increased acne isn't the problem. It's the increased sex drive that you have to put up with.

I never had any increased acne issues while I was on the milk. Going back on as we speak

My girlfriend certainly isn't complaining.
She seems to put up with it just fine.

Robb Wolf and the Paleo set seem to feel milk can cause acne in some people. That never was the case for me, but I would not doubt that is does for certain individuals. Acne is also not a function of not washing your face. In fact, the causes of acne are not quite clear, but cleanliness often has little to do with it.

Good on you for having an 'outlet' as they say. I'm currently single, poor and just finishing school. :( But yeah, even in my state I've noticed a huge spike in the sex drive. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
