Food allergy?

I got a bunch of little zits all over my forehead. I hadn't had them until last night and then again today, they seem to have popped up consistently 4-5 hours after I ate shrimp, something I don't eat very often and have never had problems with.

I am deployed and working in a hot, sweaty, dusty, dirty environment but acne/zits/pimples haven't been a problem yet.

Is this my body telling me something or is it nothing to worry about?

Do a controlled experiment.

When they've gone away, eat shrimp.
A small amount, not a lot.

Then, watch for them to come back, along with other symptoms.

See what else changed recently -- different helmet, different weather, different shampoo, haven't washed longer than usual, etc etc

Well, I just got off 10 days of light duty where I wasn't allowed to get all sweaty and dirty and stuff out in the warehouse and on the flight line. The last 2 days I was in the warehouse and on the flightline and that is when they seem to have popped up, so maybe I should go back to the doctor. They kind of look like little bug bites and have gone around my head. They are on my forehead and temples, behind my ears where my sunglasses touch and the back of my neck as well as along the edge of my beard stubble. I don't know what the hell is wrong with my. The forehead ones seem to have gone down since I took some allergy stuff last night and this AM that I have left over from the previous reaction.

The symptoms don't match with an allergic response, but then again I'm not an immunologist or dermatologist so who knows.

does it even sound like anything? maybe a heat rash or something?
