View Full Version : Consumer Reports: Heavy Metal in Protein Powder
Consumer Reports tested a few different Protein powders and discovered that some of them contain unacceptably high levels of heavy metals (link below). Is it time to put down the powder and GOMAD?

Word. I just went to make a shake and got a bunch of little double kick-drums and Marshall stacks. I think the distortion pedals all sank to the bottom of the container. Hopefully there's no hair in there.

If you see some glitter floating you got the wrong kind of metal. It's probably expired too.

I use Optimum- didnt seem to have any bad shit in there.
But Raw Milk and fresh farm milk is still it...

I use trueprotein.com not sure if they have any metal but doubt it.
