Hey guys,

Yesterday it was my off day from lifting and cardio. So I kinda fucked up when I ate a couple of giant flat breads and a big ass deal of fried rice and a shitload of chicken.......maybe. So today is lift day. I was thinking about getting a double bacon chee burger with fries...... What you think about that?

Its that or 3 more packs of tuna, green olives, and some protein powder....and sun flower seeds, lol.

Thoughts?

I went for it, they stopped cuz it was after midnight, so I got sausage n eggs. NOM NOM NOM, beast mode this morning fellas, gotta push push push!

I'd do the burger without the bacon because I'm Muslim and bacon is for the residents of the fire. Lately I've been consuming a lot of stewing beef. Nutritious and delicious chunks of meat. Fry them up with some olive oil and throw on some black pepper and paprika while cooking. Roll them up in some pitas (preferably enough to fill up 4), add radishes, onions and the dignified sauce(s) of your choosing. Feel free to clamp them in the Foreman grill you have on your counter. Holy fucking delicious. 4 hours later I usually grill up some chicken thighs.

I also find it nice to have some frozen chicken burgers lying around. Grill them up and add some cheese. Smear some mayo and ketchup, plus the toppings of your choosing.
