Ingredients
150g of chocolate
250ml of cream
100ml of olive oil
It might sound weird but try it!! its great.
Melt the chocolate then slowly add the oil while mixing it in, take the chocolate off the melt before mixing in the oil. Whip the cream just until its sticking to the beater, then slowly fold the cream into the chocolate mix. this quantity makes a fair bit and its pretty rich so i doubt youll eat much of it but it tastes great!! I'm sure there would be a cream substitute for the vegans among us. Maybe coconut cream? not sure if it would work, worth a try. Split it up into 4 meals, its close to 500cals a meal. Depending on the brand of chocolate you may have to add less olive oil, as some chocolate has a weaker taste and the olive oil can over power it, especially the case with white chocolate.

It's about chocolate, and that's just as good. Possibly better.
Doing sort of weird things to chocolate, but still.

This is true, tertioid. Chocolate and cream, no less. This is a good combination. Reminds me of this flourless chocolate cake recipe we've got. If I recall correctly, the only ingredients are chocolate, butter, eggs, and cream. Sooooo gooooooood...

On the second date I made a flourless chocolate cake with a molten chcolate centre.

I am now married to her 7 years.

Okay, I'm going to lay out this recipe that I saw on a cooking show that I wholeheartedly trust for delicious food. It was called "World's easiest chocolate mousse" or something.

melt Baker's chocolate in a double boiler (I'm sure a microwave would work for you cooking-inept)
fold into Silken Tofu

That's it. Weird, but protein rich desert. No a little tofu won't make you grow boobs, so relax. I've never tried it, but it looks really simple. I can't seem to remember the ratio of choc:tofu so you'll have to experiment. Err on the side of more chocolate, of course :-)

Does anybody know whether whey protein is OK to use in baking?

WIll it kill the nutritional value?

Other types of protein are preserved in cooking. Why not whey? Whey not?

I mixed some whey in my porridge the other day, it denatured and ended up looking like cheese.

Ive done that several times, it was fine. Denaturing may not necessarily be a bad thing right? When you cook an egg the amino acids reshuffle to make a solid, which is denaturing right? But people say cooked eggs are better than raw.

Yeah, that'll do the trick. You gotta be careful with those powers, though. Don't use them on your wife's friends, for instance.
