Looks like we have all been doing it wrong: http://www.foxnews.com/health/2010/10/26/foods-cut-diet/?test=faces Mostly looking at 3 and 4. Time to head to the grocery store for some beans, tofu and nuts. Maybe this should go in the thread about what Rip is wrong about in Ends & Pieces?

Is he the guy that's always doing the look-down-bicep-flex on the packaging? If so, yes. I wonder what he ACTUALLY does to look like he does on the cover (besides photoshop it).

P90X just won't make you look like that.

He's the one that does all the TV ads. I don't know if he's the same on the front of the packaging.

Yes, I would love to see an interview where someone asks him what different types of training he's done over his life, and how long it took him to get to look like he does.
