Made a huge batch the other night. Damn it was good! Easy to pack in about 3 or 4 sandwiches in a sitting. Good source of vegatables, too.

I felt the same way when I realized I had forgotton about the food I grew up on, Hamburger Helper (http://www.americansweets.co.uk/ekmps/shops/statesidecandy/images/betty-crocker-salisbury-hamburger-helper-4703-p.jpg). Just follow the directions but add in any extra shit you want, extra meat or cheese is always good.
