Im bored, so I figured Id let you all know what I ate today. This way, when I break major world records in the future on a galaxy far far away, people will look back and think, holy shit... thats what his diet looked like!!
Breakfast: Bowl of cornflakes plus litre of whole milk. Washed down with peanut butter and honey sandwhich on wholewheat bread.
Lunch: Two large plates of couscous mixed with fried red onions, plus quite a bit of smoked salmon I found in the fridge. Washed down with a glass of whole milk.
Dinner: 1 x Can of tuna mixed with healthy spoonful of mayonaise. 2 crackers with copious amounts of smoked salmon and less mayonaise. 1 x whole avacado with more mayonaise. I like mayonaise. Washed down with two glasses of whole milk.
Would normally have had one or two protein shakes, but ran out, so just ordered another 2.5 kg tub which should arrive tomorrow. Also forgot my creatine, but will probably wash down 5g or so before bed. Sometimes when I forget my creatine, I just double dose the next day. This, coupled with a protein shake often leads to extended pooing sessions. Especially when taken straight after the gym for some reason. I will probably eat something else between now and bed. This isn't necessarily a typical day..... Im pretty touch and go with the diet, and since I rely on the rents for food, its mainly whatevers in the fridge or been cooked.
Thats pretty much it, I think thats all I ate or drunk today. Any glaringly obvious holes or things I should be adding or subtracting?
