Starting Strength Camp 30 JAN in Kansas

Doing another Camp for Mid-Westerners... We had plenty of one-on-one time at the last camp, and this time I'm going to shoot videos for lifters to watch between sets and take home (if wanted).

Felt like the last seminar was ultra-productive for the attendees; we had a PR deadlift and some programming to take home.

Don't be scared, come join us. We've only got room for 6-8 peeps, though.

I will be there. I'm still a novice, but going to my first competition in late February, so the timing works out perfectly. I'm looking forward to what should be an extremely helpful day of training. See you next month!

It's the 100% Raw Powerlifting federation's Midwest Regionals in Council Bluffs, IA. Unfortunately it's only a push/pull so I won't get to squat, but if I enjoy this one and find that it's something I'd like to pursue further, I'll have plenty of other chances in the near future.
