I work shift work. either 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am in a power plant. Its a physical job and being in operations I dont get a food break we jst eat as we can. So at work I find it difficult to eat the proper amount to gain strength. Ill give an example of a day

meal 1-3 scrambled eggs toast and 20 oz milk
meal 2- 2 tuna fish sandwich 20 0z milk
meal 3-3 peices chicken breast and potatoes 20 oz milk
meal 4(if possible)more chicken or a turkey sandwich and milk.

Heres the thing. This is not really close to enough calaries to put weight on me. Im 5,7 180 lbs. I was considering a weight gainer shake to fill the gap. Is this a good idea?

The other thing is I canot drink milk without food. it fucks me up royally. The shake would give me more milk to.

So wondering if this is a good idea and if so what weight gainer should I go with?

Or any high cal foods that can be prepared quick. I don't really like fast food I have stomach issues and to much is not good

I work 6-6 shift also, alternating days and nights.

Currently I have been doing whey protein with whole milk between meals to supplement.

Peanut butter is good, and cottage cheese also.

I try to eat 6 times a shift.

If you're not worried about eating "clean" Hot Pockets and frozen burritos are always good:)

I love muscle milk. Has quality protein, carbs and some fat in it and the chocolate flavor tastes like heaven. Muuuuch better than some sugar filled weight gainer.
