You know what to do. Quite happy with the knees staying out. I'm really wanting a proper 180kg/400lb squat soon but have to make sure I stay safe.

    Other lifts if you care:
deadlift: 180kg x 5 (previous session, felt like I could pull more reps)
    bench: 100kg x 3

My bench will probably always suck a bit compared to deads, I think it's a build-thing. Height is 192cm/6'3. Squatting feels like the most difficult exercise by far to me.

In my opinion they look fine. Maybe for detailed infos (from the pros here) u may add a video with a view from the side. So the guys can check depth and back ankle better.

    best wishes

    Art

ps: maybe u can improve speed on the way down to use the bounce effect more. But i have no experience with squats of this weight so maybe its not possible with that amount .

Take the video from a 45 degree angle if you're only going to post 1 video.

    Useful comments!
This video is what I've got for now. If it's not good enough to judge then don't comment at all.

Are you still progressing from workout to workout or an intermediate? Squat looks excellent to me I must say. Looked like you have another 10-20lbs easy. Stance is a little bit narrow but that's a personal preference thing.

Jefferson: Thanks I'm on intermediate programming (Madcow 5x5).
I've tried a wider stance as in theory I should be stronger with that (?) - but it seems to mess with my knees and it's harder to get depth that way to me.

I do have a video from another angle, but I was not as happy with that set. Posting it since it probably helps. If you don't like the song of AWESOME, then don't ¤/#(" click the video.

better than looking down and losing back angle as I see so many people here to. Looking straight ahead is fine.

Stop posting stupid shit. I prefer not looking in the mirror, but I'd rather do that than rack backwards.
Edit: I see what you mean now. You think I should look towards the ground? I've tried this as advocated by Rip, but it seems to make my hips come up too fast.
