Coach Rip, SS is so awesome! I have gained almost 25 pounds in about 3 months doing SS and GOMAD! I finally picked up a pair of weightlifting shoes, so I wanted to get some feedback on my squats. I have 3 sets of 250x5, from different angles. I noticed that for some wacky reason on the fifth rep of my first set my knees buckled before i started my descent. This has never happened before, and its the only time it happend across all 15 reps for this workout session. I also have a video of my press, at 117.5x5. As always, any feedback is really appreciated!

I do grunt a decent amount across the sets of squats, as a heads up.

Depth looks alright. Your main problem seems to be that your not keeping your chest up enough. Toward the end your squats start to look a bit like a good morning. If your knees are buckle just try to shove them outward harder. Also try to extend your knees and hips at the same time.

You are pulling your knees back, causing your hips to shoot back, resulting in good morning the shit out of the weight.

Yeah, Ive been having trouble keeping my chest up and knees out, i think mainly due to my lack of hamstring/groin flexibility.

The feedback is really appreciated!
