So about 3 months ago I was doing dips and got this pain in the middle of my sternum, but I kept going because I'm smart. A couple sessions later the pain was so bad afterwards that I decided I would never do dips again, or wait at least a couple months. So I was fine after that but I would still hear crack/pop sounds when I stretched my chest sometimes. Yesterday was the first time I did cleans in a few months.....with very little weight=>135lbs and I failed to clean a rep and it landed directly on my sternum where I had the pain from the dips and it was painful. I muscled out the last few sets but afterwards it hurt like a bitch. I wake up today and can barely can get from my bed doing a sit-up without it hurting...and it hurts when I breathe.
