How do I do that? Is there some program that will let me increase my lifts while eating maintenance?

Why do you want to eat at maintenance?

Because you're right msingh!!!! I want the superior hormonal profile and more favorable caloric partitioning afforded to those who are lean and not fat.

I will do power to the people.

Program I am running now is nothing because all my lifts except power clean and chins aren't progressing and I do not want to eat more since I already have 30-40lbs of fat mass, despite the fact I am 6'1 and 185lb.

Sounds like YNDTP. You need to read Rippetoe's clarification post.

Not as efficiently, but yes. This site is probably not the best place to find one.

Do you think power to the people is good?

That article addresses skinny guys who are squatting 160 and weigh 150 and fat guys who are squatting 190 and weigh 230. Says nothing about the guys who have the fat of the fat guys and the lack of lbm of the skinny guys.

as long as your lifts are increasing, you're eating enough

that's a good rule of thumb

You could probably use any routine that is intermediate or above. If you are making strength gains while basically maintaining weight, you are on the right track. I would just skip linear progression if you don't want to gain weight. It will take longer to get stronger, but you can still get there.
