I read your some advice in Mr.gravity about programming barbell training on in-season.

you were recommend doing squat,press,clean once a week.

but now i am seriously need strength.so i want change something and please critique my thought.

i thought like this.i drop the clean.and add DL,chin.
PLAN A
Mon-squat
Tues-press and chin
Thur or Fri - DL

PLAN B
Mon- suqat,DL(alternate with Rackpull,RDL)
Thur-press,chin

and rest day i will sprint.(not every day.i will focus on strength and i can change
sprint schedule)

now my proflie is that
squat- 104kg X 10reps X 5sets
DL - 128kg X 10reps X 2sets
press - 55kg 5reps X 5sets (before i got injury on elbows)
chin BW(100kg) X10reps X 3sets


the reason i can't do 5X5 is that i have pain on knee.hard to handle 5reps.
looks so weird cause i can sprint.but squatting is more pain than sprint for me.



what is looks better A or B? Or please give another idea
