Can I increase toning by adding 1 set after my workload ?
I.e adding:
8 reps at 10% deload.

I.e adding:
8 reps at 10% deload.
Well "toning" is simply a by product of having less fat and more muscle. You can build muscle with just about any reasonable rep range. Fat loss comes from eating less Twinkies.
