Hi Mark, quick question for you my work schedule means I have to train at differing times during the week. Sat at 11am ,Tues at 6am and Thurs 11am. Do you think TM would work ok if Sat was volume,tues light, thurs heavy. I was thinking not having a two day break between heavy and volume may interfere with progress? Age 35 , squat 127.5kg dead 150Kg,Bench 87KG,press 62kg. Thanks

I have been doing TM for about six months with volume Thursday, light Saturday and intensity Tuesday. I have not yet had a problem with this particular issue.

neba, i am a bit older than you, but i will say that 48 hrs was the minimum i needed to recover between heavy and volume. if i started to cut a couple hours off, i suffered.
Thanks for responding, I guess I will have to suck it up and keep volume on the 6am workout, I never fell really ready to go at that time of the day! All the best
