Implementing this on next week after testing. Finally got the other coaches to give it is shot after my three plus year experiment of doing it myself. I will be working with 9-12th graders M-W-F after school. Any suggestions on my approach or implementing conditioning or speed work?

I gave some thoughts to this on Rip's forum as well.
Try to stick with things that don't kill their legs during the week. Lots of agility type stuff.....speed ladder drills, dot drills, cone drills, etc. Straight out sprint training, gassers, etc if done at all should be done on Friday after your workout, allowing 2 days off before squatting again.
