Background
I'm 30 and 5ft9in and I ran SS for 9 months but my squats stalled at 270x3x5. My bodyweight went from 175 to 193lb. I'm perplexed by my stall, I've had my technique critiqued and there aren't any major issues. My theory is that I wasn't getting enough volume so I moved over to TM.
Question
How "smoked" should I be after VD? If I feel recovered the next day and don't have ANY DOMS to speak of am I too light in my weight? I'm currently VD/ID at 205/255. 205 felt light, I probably could of gone 10x5 without killing myself, but 255 feels heavy.
