22 yrs old
5'8"
175lbs

Squat 250lbs for 3x5
Deadlift 260lbs for 1x5 two weeks ago
Press 115lbs for 3x5
Bench 160lbs for 3x5
Still practicing PCs

My over-arching goal is general strength and fitness. looking to get to at least a 315lb squat before I start doing some running again.

I havent be following the program exactly the way I should. Sometimes I dont sleep enough or really have the greatest diet.

The douchers at the gym I currently go to put up a sign saying no "dead lifts." Obviously I'd like to take a shit in a paper bag, light it on fire and throw it at the front desk but seeing how Im starting to grow out of that stage in my life I dont think I should do that. And unfortunately all the gyms around my area cost a boat load of money and the one I go to right now is 10 bucks a month (I'm not paying fucking 80 dollars a month just to pick fucking weights up off the ground). So until I figure out my gym situation I figure I'll just do RDLs for now.

Should RDLs be the go to play for now?
Should I just straight up replace DLs with RDLs?
Should I add in some other assistance work?
Is this an obvious question?
Do you need more info?
Should I cut all the treadmill treads in half?
Should I throw a brick in the window?
Should I superglue all the weights in the machines together?
Should I set all the clocks in the gym back an hour?
why must they do this to me
i cry myself to sleep every night
seriously, i know i wasnt DLing very heavy weight but what the fuck... I miss you deadlifts.... come back home.........

You are a strange person.

RDL for 3x5 in place of DL and see what happens.
