Hi. Been lurking here a while, reading your shared wisdom. I do have two questions at the moment you'll undoubtedly be able to help me with. Someone indicated there is a chapter on "Elderly" training in "Strong Enough? Thoughts from Thirty Years of Barbell Training." Great. I'll pick that up to complement my copy of "Starting Strength."

Is that chapter all that Mark has written on Program modification for the Elderly? Any additional writings you might point me to?

Thanks.

There's a little more in Practical Programming that has some application to us geezers too, but that's about it. We just have to dig in and be patient. Lon Kilgore's age adjusted big five charts are useful benchmarks to look at. http://killustrated.com/sport-amp-fitness-prints.html

Mark, Thanks for the info. I'll look into the link after work and add Practical Programming to my "buy" list.
