I know this isn't a movement you usually teach (or perhaps even give a shit about) but I have found them to help big time when it comes to maintaining tightness on the way down and out of the hole.
Was just wondering if you could take a quick look and let me know how they look. Technique-wise I'm doing them exactly the same as I would do a regular squat, just with a pause, so hopefully you are able to critique them the same way. Thanks.
