Hey guys. I just found this forum and decided to start a journal here, because the community seems nice and very knowledgeable. I am a 17 year old Olympic Lifter, been going at it for about 10 months. My best snatch is 87.5, and my best clean and jerk is 110 (kgs). My form is pretty decent, but sometimes shaky. I weigh about 105ish (kgs), but don't don't watch my weight to closely, because I'm rather tall (6'2), and know I will end up being a super.

Mike Gattone and Roger Nielsen. I lift with them 2 days a week and lift at my house 2 days a week. Currently going 4 days a week, hopefully will go to 5 soon. They write all my schedules.

Looks like you've got some interesting stuff going on. I don't know anything about most of the lifts you are doing, so I won't have much in th way of input, but I'll keep an eye on your journal anyway.

Yeah man the miss at 95 was close, so I decided to go back down to 90 and come back up. Unfourtanetly, I missed 92.5 the second time up, so I called it a day.
