Hi, I've ordered your book from the above website over a week ago. I've been chasing the order up by emailing the links of the website but I've had no reply nor has the payments been taken from my credit card.

I was wondering what's happening or should I order it from Amazon?

In any case, you selected Starting Strength: A Simple and Practical Guide for Coaching Beginners specifically tagged for shipping within the USA only. We did not process the order since it was not valid.

Fair enough - I'm sure there was an option on the website for international orders when I ordered the book, maybe I imagined it! I'll order the second edition!
