Mark,
If someone was training for the x-fit total competition and using the Texas Method would you still include the bench press in the program? Would you still stick to the method of training the bench 2 times a week and than the press 2 times a week or would you only specialise on the press?
If someone only trained the press would there be significant carryover to the bench if they increased their press?
I read a bit of a q&a on Dave Draper's forum with Bill Starr and he mentioned rounded back Good Mornings as a good movement-do you agree?
One last question-do you know Bill Starr's best numbers in the 5 -Bench,Squat etc?
Thanks
