The book says to drink a gallon a day!

I am 26. I can't afford a gallon a day. I am drinking half gallon a week. is that ok? I drink 4 8oz glasses a day. about to be 6 a day

I started out the program drinking 3/4 a gallon a day. I ramped it up these past two weeks and have been at ABOUT a gallon a day, and gains are better. Do it.

Plus, Food Lion has those "buy 6 gallons of milk, get a 7th free" deals. Hell yeah.
