This is a sample of my current workout

Monday - Max effort workout

Main Lifts

Squat 3x1 at 90%-100% of my 1 rep max
Bench Press 3x1 at 90%-100% of my 1 rep max

Rest four minutes between each set

Accessory Exercises

Front Squat 1X8
Floor Bench Press 1x8
Barbell Lat Row 1x8
Barbell Shoulder Press 1x8
Back Extension 1x8
Sits Up 1x8

Rest 2 minutes between each set

Wed - Dynamic effort Workout

Main Lifts

Squat 3x2 at 50% of my 1 rep max at high speed
Bench 3x2 at 50% of my 1 rep max at high speed

Rest four minutes between sets
Accessory Exercises same as before

Friday ? Repetition Effort Workout

Main Lifts

Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5

Rest 4 minutes between sets

Accessory Exercises same as before


I currently weight 57.5kg. I bench press 57.5kg, Squat 75kg and Deadlift 87.5kg

Any advice, critique of my workout ? I have been advised by many people that I don't really need the speed workouts at this stage and was thinking of replacing the dynamic workout with hypertrophy work
