View Full Version : Cardio on Workout Days or Days Off?

I hope this question isn't answered in the Practical Programming book. It has not arrive in the mail yet.

Here I go anyways...

What is your take on doing cardio after a work out as opposed to on days off?

I vaguely remember hearing that doing cardio within 15 mins after your workout has more advantages than doing it on your days off.

What do you think?

I have been doing 20 mins of elliptical machine on my days off at a moderate pace. Just trying to find out if i can get more benefit from doing them after my workout instead of days off.
