hi, ive been following a program i found on bb.com for 2 and half months now. i recently found that the program was a variation of rippetoes, but instead of power cleans it said to do pendlay rows. now i'm going to buy the starting strength book and follow that. will doing power cleans help with strength increases in any of the other lifts? i seem to have gotten stuck on the deadlift and bench press 4 straight days on each.
